By working closely with American Unit's consultancy and training divisions, our Fulfillment process team is able to offer a range of added-value Fulfillment process to supplement all of the stages involved in identifying, selecting and training new employees.
Creation of job descriptions
Due to our level of understanding of specialist fields such as business continuity, information security and risk management, we're able to assist you in developing an achievable job description. And, because we know the skills available in the marketplace, we can accurately advise you on suitable levels of remuneration.
Technical testing and interviewing
Using our technical consultancy teams, we're able to fully interview candidates and include skills testing in particular technologies using our own laboratory. You benefit from only receiving details of candidates able to perform the role in question.
Reference checking
Any individual working in information technology or business continuity needs to be beyond reproach. Consequently, we recommend that all placed candidates be thoroughly referenced checked and vetted. We offer a thorough encompassing employment checks, qualification checks, credit references for periods of unemployment, passport checks for periods of travel, character references or orchestration of a criminal record check.
Mentoring
We're able to offer a mentoring service whereby you purchase an agreed level of telephone mentoring for a candidate from one of our consultants. This can be extremely useful where a candidate is placed into a position where they may be the only security resource employed. Mentoring can then be used as a form of moral support and provide a comfort factor that the new recruit is performing correctly.
Skills enhancement
In conjunction with American Unit's training department, we're able to train candidates in areas where they may be weaker than you require. This is especially useful when a job description lists many essential skills for a role and candidates with that degree of expertise are difficult to recruit.
