checking

Consequently, we recommend that all placed candidates
be thoroughly referenced checked and vetted. We offer
a thorough encompassing employment checks, qualification
checks, credit references for periods of unemployment,
passport checks for periods of travel, character references
or orchestration of a criminal record check. |
Mentoring
We're able to offer a mentoring service whereby you purchase
an agreed level of telephone mentoring for a candidate
from one of our consultants. This can be extremely useful
where a candidate is placed into a position where they
may be the only security resource employed. Mentoring
can then be used as a form of moral support and provide
